What is coaching?
​​​An experienced, Personal Trainer will be your personal coach and friendly virtual training rival (we try and have a little fun) throughout your weight loss or fitness journey. They are there to plan the training, activity and nutritional quotas that will get you to your goals, check-in on your performance of your set daily tasks to hold you accountable to your commitments, receive and review your weekly progress updates (measurements, bodyweight, optional progress photos, training data), guide you through every element of your plan via private 12-1 Whatsapp chat as well as holding monthly phone/video call reviews to keep you progressing towards to your goals. Feel the support of being on the team with your coach- with check-in messages, friendly rivalry for great motivation, and ongoing care from an experienced Personal Trainer who has been where you are now, understands the struggles and cares to get to know your strengths, weaknesses, experience, barriers to success and pitfalls so as to deliver the most relevant and personal coaching to you. In this way, it differs from Personal Training in that it focusses more on you and holding you accountable to the lifestyle changes needed to achieve results that last.​​

Do I need to buy any equipment?
Although it is absolutely not strictly necessary, we recommend our clients invest a little in themselves. With very little money you can pick up a few basics that will make a huge difference on weight loss or fitness journeys (fitness tracker, digital weighing scales, food scales, measuring tape, a few pairs of dumbbells if you plan to exercise at home). These few small purchases can make your journey a lot easier and less fiddley overall which for some people will make the difference between sticking to their commitments or not.

I'm new to exercise, how hard will this be for me?
Starting off at a comfortable level to build some momentum, we scale training and nutrition quotas to their most effective points as you become ready and continually review your tracking to ensure we re working at the right level. You will get out what you put in, so be ready to build discipline, consistency and be pushed towards your goals.
How do you offer support for clients looking for in-person gym guidance?

​Do I need Coaching?
Coaching is not for everyone. But if you know that you would benefit from the management, guidance, accountability and support detailed above and are ready to put in the work, then our Coaching could be for you.

Is there a minimum term contract that I'm locked into?
No, there is no minimum term contract, we work with you on a monthly rolling basis. If along the way, you find that it is not for you for any reason, simply log in and cancel your subscription and your coaching will end that month.
