Our Story

Founded by passionate fitness enthusiasts (ourselves), Quota Fit was born from a shared vision: to create a supportive, male only and female only space where everyone feels comfortable and empowered on their wellness journey. We understand the challenges and triumphs that come with pursuing health goals, and our coaching team is here to guide and inspire you every step of the way.

How We Work - You Get Out What You Put In & That's That.

You will be working with your coach towards completing basic daily exercise goals. Your coach will be expecting to receive your synced data or screenshot showing this every day. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Your coach will be analysing and tracking your daily performance. This will allow your coach to build up a picture of your weight loss or fitness journey, understand your strengths and weaknesses, notice the pitfalls that you fall into and barriers to your success and offer you taregted guidance specific to your needs and that you may not otherwise have seen.

 

 

  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Each week your coach will be expecting your biometrics (bodyweight, waist/hip measurements, optional update photo) from you.
