Our Weight Loss Coaching is tailored personally to you. So no matter your age, starting point, experience, whether you gym or not, we will coach you through everything you need to know to get into the best shape of your life and stay there ان شاء الله.

We give you access to a professional nutritional database used by registered doctors, dieticians and nutritionists for nutrition tracking that is as accurate as possible.

We have tonnes of resources where we can assign to your profile to show you examples of our meal, recipe and training plans for you to review and take inspiration from for your meal planning.

As your coach we will see what you have decieded to eat and will be looking for you to complete your daily nutrition tracking which on this platfrm will take you next to no time to complete yet has HUGE benefits and is crucial to any weight loss journey.

We will see your steps come in and compoete and motivate you

We create exercise training programs for you to use and log your workoutsand we will track how you performed. If you are new to gym we can offer you personal training to get your technique right (contact us to check availability / if you want to know more). This can then progress to online personal training (home training clients only) and then you're set. Then you can send us technique videos if you need help and we can send you bespoke videos back just for you, to guide you.

We have check-in calls as ofte as we need to.

We track your prgress and expect you to send us photos, measurements, and weigh ins. Optional BP + HR check.

We can guide you with equipment purchases

We help you form mindset

Analysis and review of all variables and factors, pitfalls and troubeshootig to make suggestions that you could implement to improve or continue to improve your results (track everything and review, inc sleep, consistency , check spreadsheet etc)

We offer WHatsapp onboarding

We offer suggestions of fleibility and mobility programs as well as anything else to keep your body in good condition.

We try to have a littlefun along the way

We really focus on Customer Experience and tailor our contact with you as per as much or as little support as you need.

We support and encourage you, competing with you, tracking you and pushing you, exchanging synced data, guidance and review messages, media and motivation to keep us going together and we try and have a little fun along the way.

How long you coach with us is up to you. Our aim is to coach you to the point that you've got great results and no longer need us, as fast as possible so we can move on to the coach the next person (coaches can only have a small case-load of clients at a time to afford each client as much time as is required). We operate a NO MINIMUM TERM CONTRACT in order to facilitate this for you.

Our Coaching has a framework, developed over time to produce the best results in the majority of clients. We recommend our clients invest in the inexpensive basics required for a weight loss or fitness journey (digital weighing scales, food scales, measuring tape and fitness tracker device). We also require that clients stay in touch, messaging, syncing devices regularly and sending expected data in accodance with an agreed schedule. We strongly recommend working this way for the best chance of success.

You will find us firm, but fair. Starting you off wherever you currently are and then scaling our expectiations of you as far as you wish to go, as and when you are ready, never asking of you more than you are capable of.Know that you will get out what you put in, so be ready to build discipline, consistency and be pushed towards your goals.
