Personal Training Plans
We offer both online & in-person Personal Training at our fully equipped Private Personal Training Studio in Hounslow, West London.
All of our Personal Training is male and female only.
Our Personal Training consists of:
Our Complete Tracking Plan (nutrition, exercise quotas, etc)
3x 60mins Personal Training sessions per week (online/in-person)
and is subject to a 3-month minimum contract
Whether you are looking to become a long-standing client seeking to team-up with a Personal Trainer or short-term client (3-month minimum contract) seeking professional guidance and a 'set up', we will equip you with the knowledge and experience you need to reach your targets.
Once achieved, we suggest to all our clients that they transfer to our Tracking Plan so as to keep the weight off, stay in great shape and keep themselves accountable, motivated and supported.
For Online Personal Training only: results improve significantly even with the use of very minimal, inexpensive equipment
(eg. 3 sets of dumbbells).
This inexpensive kit therefore forms the bare minimum equipment that we require in order to train you to our standard.
